English 1 - Learning to Communicate in English
English One is a twenty-four lesson basic course for people who know a little about English but who need to increase their skills in the language. During this course, you will learn:
1. How to correctly use the eight different parts of speech (nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections).
2, Why 'Stress' is so important in English and the key to listening and understanding.
3. Shortcuts to communicating in English.
4. How to add vocabulary every day.
5. Read and understand much faster.
6. Practice simple every day conversations with your instructor and/or other students.
7. Practice different types of writing.
8. Putting it all together - Listening, reading writing and speaking!
